XPLR Gear Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance By using our website, placing an order, or purchasing products, you agree to these terms.
2. Orders & Payment All orders are subject to availability and our acceptance. We may cancel or refuse orders at any time. Prices exclude taxes and shipping unless stated. Payment is due at checkout.
3. Shipping & Delivery We ship to the addresses provided. Delivery times are estimates only. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
4. Returns & Refunds Returns accepted within 30 days of receipt if item is unused, in original condition with tags. Customer pays return shipping. Refunds issued to original payment method (exchanges available). No refunds on final sale items.
5. Damaged/Defective Items Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll replace or refund eligible items.
6. Product Use Our gear is for general use. Follow care instructions. We’re not liable for misuse, improper care, or personal injury.
7. Intellectual Property All designs, logos, and content are our property or licensed to us. No unauthorized use.
8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent allowed by law, we’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability won’t exceed the amount you paid for the product.
9. Changes We may update these terms anytime. Continued use means you accept changes.
