  • International Shipping Available on request—contact us at info@xplrgear.co.za before ordering to confirm availability, rates, and timelines. International delivery times vary by country (typically 7–14+ working days) and may include customs fees/VAT/duties payable by the recipient.

 

  • General Notes Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Delivery times are estimates only—delays can occur due to carrier issues, high demand, or unforeseen events. Once shipped, tracking is provided where available. Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the carrier.
